Building Information Modeling (BIM)

We use Building Information Modelling (BIM) work methodology to build complete projects virtually, modelling the framing, facilities, and finishes in 3D. This allows us to monitor the construction as it is being executed, and to visualize complex construction areas and make progress in the search for solutions when facing interference and other problems, which finally translates in a reduction of extra costs for the client and shorter construction times.

Using this 3D model we also integrate project programming (4D) and construction costs (5D), which allows us to visualize the impact in scheduling, and to plan correctly the execution and costs of each task and components of the project.
