Consist of coordination with the company to attend their consultations and home repairs requests performing the following procedures, as needed:

• Field visits to record damages or flaws
• Repair analysis and decision
• Coordination with construction company
• Review of repairs and securing conformity receipt
• Monthly quality reports indicating batches with the highest rate of flaws, separated by materiality and execution.
