Premise Review

We perform the inspection of the finishes and facilities in each premise, generating a list of observations per unit, which considers the following general aspects:

• Quality control of job execution (finishes, facilities, etc.), pursuant to a strict compliance with the plans and technical specifications through a list of observations for each activity.
• Progress monitoring of finishes in relation to the basic program provided by the construction company, to amend observations.
• Evaluate and propose solution alternatives to technical problems present in the project.
• List of observation of finishes of each enclosure.
